Yes — every vehicle in our fleet is comprehensively insured. Basic liability coverage is included in your rental rate at no additional charge. Optional full-coverage collision waivers are available to further reduce your financial exposure in the event of an incident. Our team will walk you through all coverage options at the time of booking.

Standard rentals include 150 miles per day. Additional mileage is available in blocks and can be pre-purchased at a discounted rate before your rental begins. We do not charge overage fees by surprise — any additional mileage beyond your plan is calculated transparently and communicated before the vehicle is returned.

Absolutely. White glove delivery is available to hotels, private residences, event venues, airports, and more — often on the same day you book. Our team delivers the vehicle fully detailed and fueled, ready to drive the moment it arrives. Delivery fees vary by distance and are quoted during the reservation process.

No minimums. We offer flexible hourly, half-day (4 hours), full-day, weekend, and weekly rentals. Whether you need the car for a two-hour photo shoot or a five-day road trip, we can accommodate your timeline. Multi-day bookings receive preferred pricing — ask about our weekly rates.

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the rental start time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48–72 hours are eligible for a credit toward a future booking. Cancellations inside 48 hours of the start time are non-refundable. Event and multi-day rentals may have different terms — these will be specified in your reservation agreement.

Minor incidents are handled through the security deposit and our insurance coverage. In the event of damage, our team will document the vehicle condition (we photograph every car before and after each rental), assess costs, and communicate clearly with you before any charges are applied. We encourage all renters to review the pre-rental vehicle inspection report carefully at handoff.

Out-of-state travel is permitted with prior written approval. Please notify us at the time of booking if you plan to cross state lines, as this may affect insurance terms and mileage allowances. International travel is not permitted. Our concierge team will provide a travel authorization document for approved multi-state rentals.

We can often confirm bookings within the hour and deliver the same day, depending on availability. However, for specific vehicles — especially the Ferrari LaFerrari or Lamborghini Huracán STO — we recommend booking at least 3–7 days in advance to guarantee your preferred car. For events, weddings, and corporate engagements, 2–4 weeks notice is ideal.

Yes. Weekend and weekly rates are significantly lower than daily rates on a per-day basis. We also offer tailored packages for corporate clients, production companies, and repeat customers.
