1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, information collected automatically as you use our website, and information from trusted third parties that help us verify rentals and process payments.

Information you provide: Name, email address, phone number, mailing or delivery address, requested rental dates, vehicle preferences, and any messages you send through our booking form or contact channels.

Rental qualification information: Because we rent high-value exotic vehicles, before any rental is confirmed we collect a copy of your valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and date of birth for age verification. This information is collected only after you initiate a booking and is used solely to qualify you as a renter and to comply with our insurance carrier’s requirements.

Payment information: When you place a deposit or rental payment, your card details are entered directly into our payment processor’s secure form. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We retain only the last four digits, card brand, and a transaction reference, which are needed for receipts, refunds, and dispute resolution.

Automatically collected information: When you visit toys2rent.com, our servers and analytics tools automatically log standard data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time spent on each page, and the referring website or search term that brought you to us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to rental inquiries and confirm bookings
• Verify your eligibility to rent high-performance vehicles
• Process deposits, rental fees, and refunds

Toys2Rent uses third-party payment processors to handle all card transactions. These processors are PCI-DSS compliant and encrypt your payment data end-to-end. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or expiration date. Our access is limited to receipts and transaction metadata necessary to operate the rental. The payment processor’s own privacy policy and terms govern how they handle your card data.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with parties who help us operate the business, and only the data each party needs to do their job:

• Payment processors — to charge deposits and rental fees

We retain rental records, including the personal information attached to each rental, for as long as needed to satisfy tax, insurance, and legal obligations — typically seven years. Marketing-related contact data (such as email signups that did not result in a rental) is kept until you ask us to delete it. Server logs and analytics data are typically retained for shorter periods, generally 12 months or less.
